They cross treaded a lug nut on our last visit when we had our winter wheels put on and didnt tell us, we had them swap the wheels for our summer wheels and in the process broke the cross threaded stud, hammered and chisled the well of that stud and used something to bash in and crack the inside of the wheel to the point it cannot hold air, then proceeded to tell me it was like that when they got it... it held air fine until they called us. I'm pretty sure they used a sledgehammer to try and break the wheel free from the broken lug/stud... just sayin... that this shop can't do rotates without screwing up and then they try and pass the buck off to uninformed people. I wouldn't trust them now to even replace a wiper

I had a great experience at Coleman Auto Repair! After my truck wouldn’t start and could not be jumped, I was told Coleman’s was the place to bring the truck. I called them and they promised to at least look at the problem…it was later in the day on Friday. Not only were they able to quickly diagnose and replace the starter, but did so in a kind and professional manner. Had they not been able to work so efficiently, I would have been stuck over the weekend with no place to say as we had just checked out of our hotel. In addition, since I had nowhere to go, I got to spend some time in the office. It became quickly apparent that they are a cornerstone of the community. Regular customers flowed in and out…with a lot of joking and laughter. I also noticed the many community thanks they have received for donations to local organizations. Their bulletin board is filled with business cards and small adds for local services. On top of all that, it is a family run operation! In short, it is a great business run by great people who work hard to do the job right and help their community! Quite a pleasant surprise.

We dropped in without an appointment when the check engine light came on in my 2001 Camry. The manager explained he had no one to diagnose the problem right not and since we were not locals, he offered to come out and look at the car. He checked the fluid levels and a few other things, tightened the gas cap, and said it all looked/sounded fine to him. As we drove away, the light was off - I guess it was that gas cap. I had offered to pay him for his time, but he wasn't having it. We were very grateful for his assistance, so willingly offered.
