Rotundas collision goes above and beyond for customers. We had a minor scrape that dented our fender slightly. What should’ve been a simple fix became an insurance nightmare we hadn’t foreseen. Keith at Rotunda’s worked with us through the process of getting the right part installed, but beyond that he navigated the absolute nightmare of our garbage auto insurance to actually pay for the damages. It really says something when a collision company works harder to help a customer than my own insurance company. Despite the absolute ineptitude of USAA auto insurance, Keith explained the whole process with us. Super patient, super great to work with, Keith and Rotundas made a pretty confounding policy situation as productive and easy as it could possibly have been.
