A customer friendly auto repair shop that caters to Saab owners with excellent service from start to finish. Chris is a very reliable individual and accomodated my schedule efficiently. Highly recommend him.
I took my car to Chris with a rather odd transmission issue after I installed my new one. Within 4 days I had received a call from Chris saying my car was all fixed. He got me in quickly, and fixed the car within the week. Chris is very honest, the bill was more than reasonable for pulling a trans and fixing a few other issues. I will be brining back my Saab to Chris if I have any more problems that stump me in the future!
Highly recommend this shop for all your saab specialty needs.
Just referred a friend to this business. The owner is my personal friend. Keep on Saabin it !
Chris Rizzon is a master mechanic and what I call....The Saab whisperer! He is in high demand but always fits you in if it is of critical importance. He is also very fairly priced. My Dad was a auto mechanic and I feel I could always trust Chris as I had him work on both of my Saabs.
Chris is the auto mechanic that people dream of finding.
There are not many Saab mechanics like Chris left. I live in Michigan and my daughter, with our 2009 Saab 9-3 Sportcombi Aero XWD, attends college in Vermont. Recently, the engine began running roughly and the check engine light came on. I did some searching for Saab mechanics in Vermont and after making a couple of phone calls, Chris Rizzon was the clear choice. I had the car towed 60 miles to him and within 48 hours, he had the car fixed. He replaced two ignition coils and all six spark plugs and the engine is running perfectly again. While this wasn't a major repair, his knowledge of these cars and logic for replacing the abovementioned parts demonstrated his expertise. He was honest, trustworthy, and his price was fair. I feel great that I found Chris and more secure knowing that he is nearby if we have additional problems with the car in the future. If you drive a Saab in southern Vermont, Chris Rizzon should be your mechanic.
Up in Vermont on vacation from NYC, car barely started in the morning. Being a Saab owner and knowing this shop was there was a great relief. I thought the problem was pretty simple, and almost any mechanic could have diagnosed it, but I always look for an experienced Saab tech before looking elsewhere. Chris is a great guy.
