My father’s car broke down while on his way to work. I called Scott and he not only went and picked up the vehicle, he brought it back to his shop and fixed it within a couple of hours. He was kind, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. I recommend them! Great service!
I ‘d like to thank Scott for his prompt, excellent service ! I found myself in a ditch on a muddy, snow covered road, and Scott was there in less than 30 minutes and got me out in no time! Great service, a very friendly man, and I’m a grateful customer.
This tow company is great. He said he would be to me in 20 minutes and he got here in 10. He had me out of the snow in 5 minutes. If I ever need a tow in the future, this is who I’ll call.

I went off the edge of a parking lot into a ditch during a storm. Otter came out within 45 min of calling and pulled me out with no issues. Great service with great guys working the tow. I was able to still enjoy my Saturday night with my son. Thank you.
