We’re so grateful for Matt! Our daughter and a friend were on their way to Burlington when the car died on the side of Rt 89 in the snow. We’re in Massachusetts- hours away. Matt was so helpful on the phone helping us figure out what to do, got to the scene quickly, keeping us updated throughout, and driving our daughter and friend to a safe warm place to wait for us to get there. His concern was making sure they were okay, treating our daughter like his own. The towing service was great but the customer service was even better. He went above and beyond to help us!
