Carleigh took great care of my 2020 Ram. I had an exhaust leak due to a broken bolt. The new gasket that was needed was not in stock but she found one at another Ram dealership. They sent someone to pick it up and completed my service so I wouldn't have to travel back. I will continue to go back to St. Johnsbury Ram for my future service and sales needs.

The service department was great did and explained what I needed and what they did. Then took me to a sales manager to talk to wasn’t so happy with that experience. Gave them details on things I needed and wanted help with. They said ok we will get back to you on Monday. Well no call on Monday and none on Tuesday either. It upsets me when someone says they will get back to you and they don’t. Maybe they don’t want my business and can’t help me . Not sure the problem. Not sure where I go from here.

If you would like to call me we can talk about it .We made an appointment for the new jeep gladiator we bought there for over70000.00 cash ,and it wasn't really checked for the pulling to the left , and the steering wheel being to the left while driving. We take care of things when things seem to be wrong , my wife and myself are car people . We left our house at 5.00 am to get there for 7:30 because of the bad weather and were there early . It is a 4 hour drive for us, we live in Milton and it took about 20 minutes. We will have it put on an alinement machine and have it ckecked thank you for asking. Terry and Sue Badger ps, ask Joe how one of those john deer ice machines work , do have to keep them plugged in ??

I was able to get scheduled for my maintenance work easily. The work was done quickly! Carleigh and her team were great. I also really appreciate Craig Speed who seems to always come to the rescue; I really appreciate his help! He helped load the soft top and this time helped with setting up the wifi!

I brought my truck over for a recall concerning the tailgate and a slight noise in the front suspension. They found that sway bar bushings needed replacement. . They did the work in less than an hour all under warranty. The staff was friendly, courteous and efficient.
