Jeff was so nice! He first goal was to make my car safe, as a single mom that means the most. He works with busy schedules, and only does what is asked, and he let me know what else I needed and formulated a plan with me for upcoming repairs and needs. 10/10
Honestly wish I could give 10 stars!!! I trust Jeff completely fixing my car. He's very knowledgeable and has been doing this for years! If my car starts making any noise or feeling funny, I'm on the phone and he gets me right in and fixes all problems with a reasonable rate! If your looking for a trustworthy mechanic CALL THIS PLACE!!!!
I was having a difficult time finding a place that could put my tires on in a quick enough time. Taplin's went above and beyond by getting me in a week before I was scheduled because he knew how important it was for me. He was pleasant to work with and did such a great job! I recommend him to anyone in the area for a great local mechanic. I will be using him going forward.
