Took my car in for an estimate. The guy said I had an attitude because he told me the work was more than my car was worth. All I told him was I understood but that I still needed the estimate. He hung up on me and didn't provide the estimate. Another time I took my car there for a scheduled appointment they didn't touch my car all day. I would never take my vehicle there again.

May 24, 2023I’m sorry but I don’t have any record of you ever coming into the shop. We generally are very efficient & complete work pretty quickly. I do all of the estimates myself and have never spoken with you. This review is not accurate.
I go to Greg's whenever I need work for or on my car. They're transparent about what's going on with my car and anything that comes up. Prices have been not only reasonable but have been even cheaper than those of a dealership.
