Review for Robert Deblois. Stopped in because I had gotten a stone chip in my windshield. He (Dean) took care of it immediately, without an appointment. Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend them for your glass needs.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had my windshield replaced back in July of 2023. Their tech Mike broke the new windshield. The next day it rained and my whole headliner was soaked and water was running into my fuse box. They got it in to do a temporary fix until they could replace the one they had just put in. When I brought it in for the temporary fix Mike told me he forgot to make sure the windshield was sealed properly which is why it was leaking. When I asked for a refund due to the water getting inside my car I got told that them willing to replace the windshield that they broke was good enough. My husband then called and he asked for a refund due to the water. They essentially told us to go F*** ourselves. That they wouldn’t be giving us our money back. I called my insurance the next week asking how the water leakage should be handled. They told me that NEAG should be filing a claim through their insurance to have my car looked at by an actual shop. When I called to talk to NEAG about having them file a claim through their insurance I got told that I needed to find someone else to replace the windshield they broke and they would FINALLY be giving me a refund for their mistake. They tried to lie about the prior phone call they had with my husband as well and say he threatened them on the phone. When I went in to receive a copy of my paperwork since I was never given one I was verbally attacked by the receptionist and the technician because I made the choice to file a claim with my insurance to ensure there was no damage to the electronics in my headliner and no mold growing in the headliner. Due to their incompetence my sunroof has stopped working, something is wrong in my drivers door so my drivers side window only works occasionally, and my check rear occupant alert system tells me it needs to be looked at (all wires for this are in the headliner). None of these problems occurred before the water damage.
