After having a t-bone accident in Burlington, VT, my auto insurance company recommended taking my car to Direct Auto Body/Key Collision. I hadn't had any experience with them (or with any body shop in the area), so I went in blindly, but hoping that they would take good care of my 2022 Subaru Outback. Let's just say that I was nervous! Well from the moment I walked in to their front door, I began to feel more at ease. The waiting room was immaculate and I was greeted immediately by two staff members behind the counter. They were friendly and has seen me come in, so they made a friendly comment about my poor bashed in vehicle. I won't go into all the details here, but will mention some of the highlights to why I give them a 5 star rating and have already referred them to several friends... • Staff at front desk are so so kind and helpful and take the time to explain whatever I had questions about. I learned so much, honestly! • Julie, who speaks to the insurance companies and answers the phone was so sweet to me during the whole process! She was also the one who would call to update me weekly on my vehicle's progress. • Waiting room was so simply laid out and clean. They provide coffee and a very advanced looking water cooler/filter. The room is very open and has lots of light with a table in the middle to read a newspaper while you wait for a moment. • The estimate process was very thorough and I was really impressed by the amount of photos taken and details that were examined. • Communication between insurance company and the shop was seamless. I felt very taken care of the whole way! • The grand finale was my Suby baby in perfect condition, looking like I just drove it off the car lot!! All washed and everything on the inside working just like it should! No issues, no need to bring it back to get something additional fixed. Just perfect! They like to screw over their customers. Brought a car in to be repaired and they came out looking good but sounded like all of the parts they tore apart were grinding in the motor. Wasn’t like that when I went in there, but then they refused to fix it. It will end up being a lawsuit. I am scheduling it to be repaired by a better mechanic shop with documentation to take legal action.

Through and through excellent service. Did a great job fixing my Miata's dents and broken taillight. Took care of everything with Geico. Finished the job ahead of schedule. Made rental car drop-off and pick-up easy. Very nice to deal with. I would definitely go back and highly recommend.
