Collision Works in Hartford, VT are true professionals! My collision with a deer was more than unpleasant but my experience with Collision Works exceeded my expectations in every way. I personally dealt with both Eric and Dan and they were both knowledgeable, patient, and kind every step of the way. Communication was easy and all of my questions were always answered. These guys genuinely listen and care about the customers needs and put them first. You can see they have a real passion for what they do and will stop at nothing to provide excellent customer service and results. I knew my car was in good hands and the stress I had was gone after talking with them. When I got my car back it looked better than new. The paint match on my world rally blue WRX was perfect. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. They made a difficult situation easy and stress free, even including the car rental. I cannot thank the entire crew enough for all of their hard, competent, and professional work. I would recommend them to anyone that wants their car fixed the right way and wants truly professional customer service. Such a great shop!

This place is a hidden gem in the sea of shady operators and greedy insurance companies. Dan is ethical and wants things fixed right and fully covered. He caught my insurance company cheating me on appearance allowances and ended up getting more of my car fixed than what the insurance company was going to do. This isn't just because he got paid for more repairs. A short while later our child care provider totaled a different car. Even though Dan didn't get paid a cent to repair the car, he helped me establish a high value for the car and we ended up getting a great settlement. And the repairs he has done always look great (and so did the cleaning detail--something extra I opted for and didn't even know they offer there). I can't recommend them enough.
