Was able to get an appointment to get my snows on in a timely manner, dropped off before work, was able to pick up after work. Great work, no issues. I forgot to let them know my key fob is wonky, remember to give them a heads up to save them some headache. Thanks for the quick change willies!
They Saved our Vacation!!!! We had a rental van with bad brakes in the mountains. Scary! We called Willie's, they got us in right away without an appointment, they diagnosed the problem, got parts and had it fixed in a few hours. Reasonable price. They worked with the rental company for payment. We would Highly Recommend Willie's for any car repairs. We can't say Thank You enough to Willie's and crew for putting us back on the road so quickly so we could continue our east coast trip. You are the BEST!!
We were recently on a family trip to Stowe from windsor ontario canada and ran into some car trouble with our Tesla. A coolant line had broke and caused many problems with our car. With no tesla service center nearby, we stopped into Willie's to see if he could help us out/advise us. Not only was he incredibly helpful and accommodating to our needs, he was able to provide us with a fix so we could safety drive our car to Quebec to have it more thoroughly serviced. Quite frankly, he was very knowledgeable and helped us out during a very stressful time. Thanks again!
