Previous experiences were good. On this occasion, AAA was called at 10:30 am. Multiple calls to both Boondock and AAA to figure out when help was arriving. AAA said I need to contact Boondock. No response from them for 37.5 hrs. They called me the following evening to say they were on their way! If not for the kindness of strangers, we could have frozen to death as the Temps were single digits.
