Service has slipped quite a bit. I'm not beging someone to work on my vehicles.
more expensive than expected, was quoted just under $200 for parts, and just over it for parts, so total around 400. I was also told it wouldnt take long and may just be looked at this appointment. was told it could be less if it turns out to be an easy fix. Got there and was quoted over $700. It ended up being almost $600 and took several hours. The low quote was quite manipulative, if I had known it was more I would have waited longer to have more padding with my funds, as that's over half my money for the next two weeks and I'm not going to have food money this month. Luckily there's resources for food in the area.

My chev car was there for weeks, Brenda kept missing items needing repair, day after day would not return calls and messages. Talked to owner, and he blamed my frustration on another dealership. He assigned new person from service dept as my contact. When car was done, I picked up and error lights were illuminated on dash, it wasn’t done. Week after week. They put tires on my car and I got 9 texts and calls asking to rate how well they did. I finally asked them not to call. Immediately, within one minute, the phone rang- it was “Joanne from the office” so cheerful she sounded creepy, asking how my car was running after the tire change. After posting this review Joannes # from Key Chev pops up, calls several times a day, but silence. Unprofessional and childish, reflects poorly on whole team.
