Im shocked to see one star reviews, whole experience was A++, receptionist are sweet. Mike who I believe to be the owner is one of the most genuine businessmen I’ve met here in NA. He took time to ride in the vehicle with me to hear my issue. Put the car on the lift and had my wheel bearing done in an hour. Even offered to drive me to my house get my gym stuff, drop me off at the gym and pick me up when the car was ready. Not saying he will do this for everyone but he did it for me and I’m nobody. Just a guy with an appointment to diagnose a sound in my daughter’s car. T&M has my business on my three vehicles and whoever else asks for mechanical assistance. Thanks guys.

FISHING FOR MONEY. Went in for an alignment due to the back being really bad and causing reallu bad wear on my back tires. I was told they wouldn't until the back tires were replaced and offered to do it another day while telling me it was "extremely dangerous" to drive my car due to my back tires having the fibers coming out. 1 week wasted. Go in the next week after putting used tires on the back and not driving my car for a week. They tried calling me at work to get confirmation to replace my balljoint along with the alignment with phone numbers they never advertised as theirs and leaving no voice messages. I show up and they inform me they never did rhe alignment cause I didn't give them confirmation on the ballpoint, and then tried to set up an appointment for the following week. 2 weeks without a car and nothing getting done. They were fishing for a bigger tab. ABSOLUTE SCAM. I have no idea how they have the business they do. Avoid at all costs.

While we are sorry we were not able to reach you, T&M Auto never assumes that a customer approves additional repairs without first speaking with the vehicle owner. We understand that being without a vehicle can be frustrating, however, this customer was never charged for any of the appointments even for the time we took to diagnose and uncover the issues connected with the alignment. Our commitment to the community by providing honest service is what sets us apart from our competitors. We keep photos of our customer vehicles and would be happy to show you where our safety concerns began which ultimately led to the refusal of the alignment. T&M Auto never recommends unnecessary repairs and will keep the customers safety a priority.

******SCAM ARTIST****** went for oil change and asked to look at my window cause it was stuck. Was charged 243 dollars to find out my window didnt work. ( as i knew ) and oil change. also said i had a bad tie rod and that my windshield wipers didn't work both we a lie when i left my wipers worked and just i just left real mechanic and was told tie rod is fine and i didnt need the work......they lied!!!!. They tried to get me to do all this work after the 243 dollar oil change. Really sad about this..... how many people and time have they scammed people????
