I can't say ENOUGH about the experience and the staff! From the way the staff greeted me to the outstanding service they provided me, I will NOT go anywhere else!! I brought my car in with serious tire issue. They pressure washed the ENTIRE set of tires and rims and left my car looking AND driving BRAND NEW!! The best part was, I overheard the technician asking another coworker to transport my car as to not get the interior dirty! THAT is customer service at its FINEST!! From start to finish, the ENTIRE crew was friendly, humorous and attentive!! I am grateful for the outstanding service they provided me and the phenomenal work they did on my car!! THANK YOU BOB'S SERVICE TEAM!! I will be back!!!

Always helpful

I scheduled an appointment and dropped my car off at 7am to be serviced while I was at work. I came back at 3:30 pm just to see that my car sat parked at Bob’s all day long and yet they did not complete the service I had scheduled (a simple oil change and tire rotation.) I was told “we got busy” but since I had a scheduled appointment, I do not find that to be an acceptable excuse. I live 45 minutes away and coordinating rides was difficult. I was told I’d need to reschedule, but will not be returning here.

My tire shredded on the highway and this was the first place I could get to after that. I wish I had asked for the guys name cause he helped my wife and I out by installing our spare (I didn't even know we had one. Both of the people were super friendly, I'll definitely be back in the future for less urgent maintenance. Thank you both so much, we got home safe and can plan from here.

Back in October 2023 my car broke down and we had it towed to Bob’s Service Center. We were kindly helped by Dan (I think was his name) and he said that unfortunately their time slots were completely booked until mid December. But he was able to manage the time to check out my car which was very much needed and helped us out so much. He said that an upcoming client had canceled so that gave him and extra hour to help us out all FOR FREE!! He wrote us up a report of the damage done on my car and he gave us advice for what to do next. THANK YOU DAN!! We are so grateful for the incredible service.

Just moved here from Virginia - had my 2 cars inspected. Great job on both. They managed to squeeze in the 2nd one without an appointment. Fabulous because the date is a bit outside the 15 day state limit after registering vehicle.
