Art and Nortons Auto are excellent. I called one morning and got in contact with Art regarding a ‘15 Buick Encore overheating and undrivable that had not been being driven other than around the block once a week or so for a year and a half as well as an F250 with some front end noise. Art was able to get me in just 2 business days later, and seemed to be the type that somehow probably wouldve accomodated if I had seemed eager for it to be done sooner. His communication was amazing and he answered the phone every time I called. He found very minor problems on the buick and truck (a miracle), resolved what was needed, and had them available for us to pick up within just hours of dropping them off, respectively- cant say this will be everyones experience as we definitely lucked out on not needing parts ordered or more in depth work but none the less, to have a shop organized enough to paperwork, diagnose, and repair a vehicle in just a couple of hours while keeping the customer in the loop is impressive. We had a tow truck drop off the first vehicle and Art was very accommodating for that as well. Overall, it was a great shop and mechanic to work with and we would reccomend Art to anyone in the area looking for service! I dont often pull the woman card in a review, but i will here because it was refreshing to walk into a mechanic and not feel the difference in treatment from the first step into the shop- Art respected what I knew and was able to educate and advise on both vehicles without being condescending or overcharging- a breath of fresh air lol
