Allison Naccarato is an asset to the VW team. I trust her and feel she has my best interest at heart when recommending car repair options. She is the reason I continue to get service done at VW despite my expired warranty.

I've only been a customer since 2022, but with 59,000 miles on my car, I've been in a few times. This experience was by far the best customer experience I have received outside of purchasing my car. Ken was funny, helpful and professional. By far exceeded they way I felt treated by the person I was assigned to prior.

well my service wasn't bad it was the time it took to complete it! my appointment was for 8 AM for an oil change and a tire swap it was 11:30 before being completed.
