An impromptu visit to schedule a consultation about repairing a significant "gift" from another car (their front end scrapped my driver's side rear door, leaving a good bit of paint and fiberglass on my truck) turned into a free 15 minute repair. Easy repair, but it isn't easy to find common-sense customer service--thank you, again!
