Easy, inexpensive.clean
Rude and incompetent staff. Female employee was outside so the male employee told us he couldn’t sell us coffee inside the store at the counter, only the drive thru due to short staffing. Since there was absolutely no one else there, my husband walked up to the drive thru window to order quick and the kid nearly lost his mind over it. Starting hollering at him through the window. Female employee came back in the store acting like a hot mess cursing and yelling about my husband in front of the other customers that had entered the store. Lol, it’s coffee and gas people.. no need to throw a fit. We’re local to Brandon and previously stopped here often, but dealing with wacky aggressive customer service is not worth a $5 coffee and a few cents off gas. Employees like that are why so many small businesses are suffering. Being treated unnecessarily mean will drive away even the most loyal of customers. 🙃 I hope those two get the hug that they so desperately need. 💙
