Disgusting HORRIBLE customer service. The lady Michelle that works here has absolutely NO idea what she is doing. My father tried using his employee discount to help my sister get a car part she needs to get back HOME FOR CHRISTMAS but Michelle said she needs to have my father present and show ID to verify. This is NOT true as long as you have the EMPLOYEE NUMBER AND YOU CAN CALL THE STORE TO VERIFY!!!! The discount is available to immediate family members who live at home with the employee EVEN out of state per CORPORATE. You have NO idea how to do your job. But at least the other O’Reilly’s in the state of Vermont know what they’re doing and actually allowed my sister to get her car part at the Enosburg store with the employee discount. :) Get some training and better customer service skills!!!!
