I would absolutely give this business zero stars due to the fact that they said they put a new radiator in my car when it was used not to mention they never called me to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle. They literally had my vehicle from September 18 and then called me two weeks ago to say oh your vehicle fixed I said well nobody ever called me to tell me what was wrong with it. Well it was the radiator we replaced it well I didn’t give you permission to do anything to my vehicle, so why would you just go ahead and fix my vehicle without my permission or me signing anything. They still charged me almost $500 to get my vehicle back and it still leaking coolant. Please do not go to this automotive center unless you want to be scammed.

I want to thank Stones Auto Repair for responding to a AAA service request on Sunday September 17, 2023. I had a flat tire and they arrived and replaced my tire with the spare in about an hour. No other car service was available on a Sunday. At the time I was about 550 miles from home. The service driver was friendly and through. Thanks to Stones I arrived safely at my destination.

I deliver auto parts there. They are always busy working and I've never heard of complaints from their customers.

They are unreliable as a tow agent for AAA. They called around the time when they were supposed to be here saying it would be another hour or two. When I informed Jordan that I spoke with Michelle and she confirmed a 12:00 arrival, he said that's your problem and hung up. Rude, deceptive, irresponsible and unreliable.

I have tried to use stones a couple if times... and everytime they told me they r a hour out and 2 hours later I'm still sitting there. And as far as aaa using them... better get comfortable. Cause u will be stuck for a LONG time. Unless I had n ok other options I will never call stones again nor would I let me friends

I called Stone's Monday morning because my wheel bearing was making a terrible noise. Not only did they fit me in, they replaced my wheel bearing and control arm in one day. I would highly recommend them for all your auto repairs. They are honest, trustworthy, and a true asset to this community. Thank you!

Jordan is always very pleasant and I feel he goes above and beyond to help his customers. The most important thing I absolutely love about Stone's is they have never tried to talk me into needing something that I don't need, Definitely will be a customer here for a long time. I’ve tried several places from Alburgh to Milton trying to find a good and honest auto shop.The first time I went to stones to get a car I just purchased inspected it cost me $54! Not the usual “you need brakes and rotors!” Making an appointment for next week to get it inspected again this year. I won’t be surprised because I know it needs work this year. People this place is honest and very friendly. Highly recommend!!!!!! My second inspection here a year later $54. Damn, these people are honest!!!!
