I've always heard how honest and transparent Halford Motors is with their customers, and I witnessed it first hand this week. Our vehicle was experiencing some issues that we were told were not covered under warranty, even though we had just bought out our 3-year old leased vehicle. Halford ordered the parts, but urged us to contact the dealership once again with their diagnosis to see if they'd be willing to change their mind. The manufacturer ended up covering the majority of the costs, which saved our family a lot of money. I appreciate Halford Motors going above and beyond to ensure their clients are well taken care of, no matter where they got the job done. Thanks for keeping my family's best interests in mind.
