I had one of those Vermont Winter experiences you never want to have, sliding off the road and ending up sideways in a ditch. I called Otter Creek Towing because I've heard good things. Not only did they drive a little over a half an hour, they expertly extricated my car from a very deep ditch. I don't know how, but they removed it without any scratches or dents. Only a Pro can do that, and that describes everything about Otter Creek Towing. Their service and style were extremely professional. I would trust these guys with any of my vehicles, and especially if a family member needed help. Otter Creek Towing is the best in Rutland County!
My husband and I couldn’t get our car to start at the Stewart’s gas station in Rutland, VT on our way from Ticonderoga, NY to Salem, MA. We were referred to Otter Creek by a local who tried to help us jump the car but realized it wasn’t that simple. We called Otter Creek and within 25 minutes- we were greeted by the owner, Scott, who was already a huge help in diagnosing the problem. Shortly after, his mechanic Josh arrived with a replacement starter and battery. The full replacement took about 30 minutes and we were back on the road. We can’t thank these guys enough 🙌🏻 highly recommend if you’re in the area for planned service or need help in a pinch, these guys have got you covered! Thank you Scott and Josh!
