Broken down 200 miles away from home with aching back and kittens at home needing attention, it was a small fix but such a huge weight lifted. I was out of there in record time and everyone is friendly.
10/10 GO THROUGH DARLINGS! Working with Darlings has been a great experience. From now on we will be using Darlings as our body shop. They were able to get my car in sooner than anyone else and within a week from the time they picked up my car, it was complete. They also saved us money and made the experience so easy as we did not have to deal with the insurance as they did it for us. My husband and I think my car looked better when we went to pick it up than it did on the dealer lot when we bought it. Truly my husband and I can’t say enough good about them!

Great people, amazing service. Work was done fast and they took care of all the paperwork. *2021- Just wanted to say again I’ve used Darlings Auto once again and still amazing service the work was done as fast as possible and they took care of the paperwork in the car, they even got my deductible lowered! Just want to say thanks to Mike for all the help and everybody in the shop with well working hands. You guys are top notch. *UPDATE: 2023 so got into an accident and the front end. Call Dan Darlings Auto once again as I have all the time Bryan , the car their car was there for almost a month to replace three pieces plastic and one front fender. As the car was there, apparently couldn’t even get it running or to start back up. After inspection they used aftermarket parts instead of using OEM. Car went back again. They use the OEM parts now but they didn’t put it back together correctly. I put all my trust in these people and gave them all my business. I don’t know if it’s management or the people they hire.. definitely somethings changed. Hope business goes back the way it was. To bad.
