I hit a pot hole in my BMW and punched a hole in my sidewall on Wednesday. I had my car towed to Bouchard's and called in the morning to tell them what happened. They told me that they couldn't get it done until Monday. Michael called me on Friday afternoon, and they not only got the tire, mounted and balanced it, but also did a look over of the rest of the car and it was ready to pick up, 3 days ahead of when they told me! I will only bring my car to Bouchard's for anything it needs! Highly recommend!

Independent garage with great service, honest people, and fair prices. One of our car brakes got stuck, and they helped us fix it within the day. Owners speak English and French!

Fantastic experience! Everyone I worked with was kind and respectful and made things as easy as possible. It was quick & easy to come in for an estimate. They were conservative with price and time, which was a huge benefit for me because I was able to plan for worst case scenario and then they were able to get my car back to me quicker than expected and at a lower cost than expected. Great work done on my vehicle and they even cleaned it (inside and out). I'm very happy to have found such a great auto repair shop that will be my go-to from now on!
such an amazing experience. They were booking out for 4 months, I called on a monday and they called me back on the same thursday saying they had a spot open up. Seamless job! They are so professional and care about the quality of their work. Highly Recommend. Will go back if anything arises again! Not to mention I was only without my car for a week with a price tag of 5k in damages. Super quick. THANK YOU.
