We had an issue with our band's tour bus while out on the road. Everyone at TDI was kind to us and they got us back on the road quickly. We were able to get our bus back on the road in a matter of hours, with no previous appointment. We really appreciate the work they did!

In June, unfortunately my car stolen in Montréal. However, I was able to find my vehicle because of my Toyota app. TDI stepped in and provided exceptional assistance in towing it back to the states, as well as coordinating with my insurance company to facilitate the necessary repairs. Throughout the entire process, which proved to be lengthy and frustrating, TDI promptly answered all of my phone calls and addressed all of my questions. Their dedicated efforts in getting my car fixed were truly commendable. After three months of dealing with my insurance company and new problems with my car, I finally have my car back in its original condition. TDI consistently kept me informed and updated throughout the entire ordeal. Their exceptional service even extended to cleaning up a mess that Toyota had neglected to address. If you need a washout this is the place. Service is quick and easy. Staff are polite and knowledgeable. They even have parking on site if you need. Also getting a goodie bag feels great after a long day.
