Walked in first thing in the morning looking to buy a car. It was right after a huge snowstorm so everyone was out clearing the lot and trying to make things presentable. They were short staffed and clearly very busy, but they made time to come and talk me through the options that fit my budget. Nobody tried pushing anything on me at all. No "oh you want something a little more expensive cause it's better" or "you need to buy this extra package". Straightforward and honest. "This is the car you're interested in? Here is the life story of that vehicle including where it came from, what damage it has had in the past, what maintenance issues you might experience down the road." Nothing was hidden, everything was disclosed, and most importantly they went at my pace. Despite being busy and short staffed they let me take my time test driving several options before I settled on one. Financing through them was straightforward and they worked with me every step of the way, again taking time to talk through all the specifics so that I understood exactly what I was getting myself into. They claim to want what's best for their customers and it felt like a totally honest statement. Having purchased a few cars over my lifetime, this is the first place where I haven't felt like someone saw me as a walking dollar sign that they could milk for every penny. I know I'll be recommending these guys to anyone looking for a used car in the future, and I'm sure to be back myself.
