I was a field service engineer in semiconductors. I delivered world class customer service to the most demanding customers. I know great service when I give or recieve it. S&B's customer service has been flawless.

Trusted mechanics are hard to find these days. Safety is priority #1 with them and I appreciate their caring nature with confidence in what they do and how they communicate with easy to understand knowledge. Michael - please don't ever leave! You're the reason I have stayed!!!!

I recently had my truck worked on at S&B and they were more than accommodating and communicative. I had to switch my day around due to a work conflict and they helped me out. They also did a great job of keeping me informed with how everything was going and keeping me updated on the cost of it all. I would 100% go back here and couldn’t recommend these guys more.

The communication between the technicians and the person relaying information to the customer is non existent. I Brought my car in with a diagnosis I was fairly certain was spot on. After looking over the car they found additional issues, and ran further diagnostics on the original issue I brought the vehicle in for. They told me that it was not what I had originally thought, and based on that information I authorized other work to be done. After paying for the the work and getting home I read over the breakdown and discovered that the original issue was in fact what I thought, but now I've already dumped $1500 into a vehicle I would have returned to who I bought it from had I known the full extent. I will never use nor recommend this garage again.

Jeremy, I am so sorry that you feel there was a lack of communication. I gotta say that this is not typical; as you will see if you read the majority of our reviews, we strive to provide the best customer service possible. As far as the additional work needed, that stems from our complimentary digital check over. I believe you received this via text with pictures and recommendations. We provide this, at no charge to you, because we want our customers to have the entire picture before leaving our shop. Did you review the link? I did share your review with our service advisor and he felt the total opposite. In my own opinion, it seems as though there is a misunderstanding somewhere here in the mix; I wish you had called and given us the opportunity to clarify it. If you choose to change your mind, you know how to get ahold of us.

These guys truly rock. Suddenly, on a snowy night, my wiper stopped working. I took it to S and B they pulled me right in check. My fuses discovered my wipers were frozen without embarrassing me and making me feel like a fool. They hooked me up then they set up an appointment to adjust my headlights while I waited we sat around laughing and joking about the weather and life in our small town. I enjoyed my visit and truly appreciate their help all at a very reasonable price. These guys have my whole hearted recommendation and will be my choice. Thanks guys Stephen.
