Great experience overall with Rod's. They are communicative, professional and all around great folks and trustworthy mechanics. Would not hesitate to bring our car back here for repairs in the future.

Rods Towing came in clutch after an accident. Their staff was knowledgeable in dealing with a stressful situation. Shoutout Larissa in particular for her kindness and support.

My friend and I were in a pinch with a blown out tire on 91. Dean was awesome helping us get back on the road. Greatly appreciate the help

As an employee and a man of color I have to adress Ms. White’s comments and say they are the farthest thing from the truth. Like I said I’m a man of color with locs half way down my back and every time I walk through that door I feel loved and excepted 🖤. I’m proud to call them friends and family! Highly recommend you go visit even if it’s just to say HI!

This company is very unprofessional and unreliable. I came to inquire about a price of a diagnostic and they told me I had to pay $120 to diagnose me with a diagnostic. The entire family proceeded to escalate the situation by arguing with me when I simply was inquiring about the price. They kept my car there for two days without so much as calling me and hardly did any work to let me know what it was I needed. I ended up paying as I didn't want the situation to escalate any further but left with little to no answers. I have the feeling they don't treat most customers like this and if I were white and a man, my simple inquiry would've been met with a nicer attitude. I believe I was discriminated against while simply wanting more details which at the time, they cared not to explain. They should treat their customers better or at least equally. I've filed a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau, maybe don't shop here if you're a minority. Edit: I’m glad they treat their employees of color nicely (allegedly), maybe they should do the same for their customers. 1/10. Again, very unprofessional to ask employees to leave good reviews for you— regardless how long their hair may be (what a silly comment!)

We had a driver with a flat on 91S outside of Rockingham. One quick phone call to Rod's and they were in route to help get our driver back on the road. Thank you Larissa for being so accommodating!
