Always a great experience here.
Excellent all-round service and crew! Top Notch service and customer care. Was totally surprised when I was looking for a Mini repair shop in the Rutland area, Allen's came right to the top of the list as a recommended Mini repair shop. Most places don't even touch Minis these folks are the pros! Job well done I will be back! Also, they even stayed late to finish my car. 😁😁👏👏

The staff at Allen's has consistently been professional and friendly. From routine oil changes to more complicated repairs, Allen's discusses the options and the car's general condition in a clear manner. A loaner car was available for the more substantial work, which was very useful. I have only good things to say.

I cannot emphasize enough how awesome Allen’s Auto is. They are genuine, honest, and reliable. They went out of their way to service my car as soon as possible. The staff is both extremely kind and helpful. I recommend Allens Auto to anyone in the area. They are the place to go!
