Great local parts store, quality products and knowledgeable staff
This team saved my wife and I when we were stranded over an hour from home. After calling several other auto stores, I called O'Reilly in Castleton and they came out with the perfect tool to save us. Jon and his team embodied excellence and helped me fix my blown-out tire, which had a badly stuck Lugnut. He was happy to see me get back on the road with a spare tire, and he even warned us not to go over 45 on the spare, which is great advice. He did not want anyone stranded or potentially getting in an accident and he came out in a thunderstorm to do this. We will never forget the service they provided. This O'Reilly team deserves a huge raise!
