Brought my car here through progressive. Things were "fixed" but not how I expected it to be done. Still had a gap on one side of my hood. One of my headlights was sticking out a bit on the top and the encasing around my auto window switches was somehow loose and popping off. Yes, it looks better than it did. But, I expect it to be closer to what it looked like before the accident and not have something new broken.

Rude front desk woman. We called ahead to see about having some damage looked at for a personal estimate and they said we could come on down, then upon getting there the woman acted like I was being ridiculous and said I needed to have the work assigned by my insurance company and turned me away while being very rude. I explained that I was just trying to get a personal estimate on the damage because I needed to know if it was safe to still drive until getting proper work done on it but she was not helpful so I left and quickly found another shop who would gladly take my business.

The Tow truck guy recommended this body shop that's a part of the Kia dealership. They don't know they're way around a Subaru in the Kia dealership and made me sign a waiver that my car wasn't safe to drive and they're not liable for damages or injuries when the vehicle had passed inspection two months earlier with not even a dash light on. The Subaru doesn't idle, the exhaust is torn up and the dash camera shows the difference before and after the accident yet these people can't find a leak in a windshield wiper fluid reservoir or replace it. Absolutely terrible communication and after being polite for three months I asked Megan what she would do if her car wasn't working anymore and she had to sign a waiver because they refuse to fix the damages. Avoid this place because your problems will just grow like a cancer in this shop

After my car was wrecked and ended up here, it was nice to deal with Megan as I navigated the process with her help - and dealt with a less-than-helpful insurance company. She answered my many questions and explained things clearly. Great customer service!

For more than a decade I've been having insurance collision work done at Woodbury Auto. They are always professional and accomodating. And the quality of the work has been excellent with nothing missed.

My insurance company set me up with these guys to have damage repaired. It took months for them to schedule us. I had to reschedule due to Covid and they booked out another 3 months. When I finally got my vehicle back several things were broken on it. An automatic door, the latch on the center console, and the bumper they installed was only attached on one side. They refused to accept responsibility. I would NOT recommend this place.

I brought my vehicle here because my insurance sent me there to get a cracked bumper replaced. NOTHING else was wrong with the car. They unnecessary kept my car for longer then needed (two weeks) and when I finally got the call that it was done, my battery light was on, engine light was on and blown alternator. This is a new vehicle and has never given me any issues and was serviced a week before dropping it off. Of course Woodbury took no responsibility and the woman at the desk was very rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. It is very important for everyone to know that just because they are in the Kia building does not mean they are anything like Kia. I do and will continue to go to Preston's Kia, they quickly fixed the issues created at Woodbury and were very friendly. I will never go back to Woodbury. I wish I would have listened to all the horror stories I head about them, it would have saved me $800. Good luck to any of their future customers, I hope you have a better experience then I did!
