I cannot say enough great things about Matt! My husband and I got a flat tire on our rental car while driving on Rt 89. We waited for three hours for the rental company to find and send someone to tow the car. After three hours of waiting and no progress, we called around the area to see if anyone could come and get us. We called six different places until we found Matt who was so empathetic to our situation. He came within 20 minutes because he didn't want us sitting on the highway at night. He towed our car and dropped us off at a local hotel for the night. As we sorted out the process with the rental company, he stayed in contact with us and the next morning he was kind of enough to drive us all the way to Burlington to drop off the car and get a new rental. In summary, Matt is an amazing human being, who actually cares about people. I cannot recommend him enough and would recommend him to anyone needing towing or auto services. Thank you so much Matt!!
