Everything done as promised and timely. Ben was great to work with, professional and friendly.
Needed to find the place that will care for my car’s needs. After bad experiences with attitudes and poor customer service, it was time for inspection and I needed to find someone. I am so glad we found Ayer’s, profession and polite. Professional in all aspects while remaining personable and informative. Now with peace of mind my Gold Camry will be treated for the queen she is 😎❤️
I recently came to Ayer Auto Body with a concern about the rust stains below the door handles on my Toyota Highlander hybrid. They actually removed them for me while we were talking! Other body shops had told me I had to leave the vehicle overnight & it would be a minimum of $500 to address these. I was so surprised, impressed & grateful! The folks at Ayer Auto Body are honest, knowledgeable, kind, & generous. They are completely trustworthy, I highly recommend them!

They charged me 76$ to just bring my car in without telling me before hand. Then didn't have change for 100$ and gave me a $50 back. Didn't sign the paper work, had me sing it, and didn't do anything to my car. Shouldn't of charged me at all.

Jun 22, 2023Mr. Thompson, you came to us requesting service on your vehicle. We take care in providing a level of quality service for our customers. The investment required to do so is expensive and our technicians appreciate being paid. We will not complete repairs requested to a vehicle that is established to be to dangerous to be driving on our public roads. When such a vehicle is identified we inform our customers (as we did with you) of the condition of their vehicle and the danger it poses if driven on public roads. We request a signature to establish the owner understands their vehicle should not be driving on public roads. Going forward our policy will be modified based on this encounter. We will request proof of insurance before providing any services. This effort will hopefully help protect the public from those driving illegal vehicles on our Vermont roads.
