Jan 24, 2024Jann G . You are not rating the right business. Maybe before you rate a business you should do your research !! You were looking for storage units , Vt Crossroads auto repair ,we fix cars !
They don't answer the phone. If you bring your vehicle here, you won't be able to call them. I had to drive there just to check on it. Another time, I had to spam call them like 15 times in a row before I got an answer. Took almost 2 weeks for a diagnosis. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Dec 24, 2023We are sorry this was your experience. We are a small owner-operated business. The mechanic couldn't get every call -- because she was working on customer's cars! As of December 1 2023 we hired a full time Office Manager who is now available to take calls and book appointments for us -- so we can now focus on what we do best: fixing cars!
You can always count on them to do the job right

Crossroads Auto is the place to go if you own a Volvo. Marcie is trustworthy and honest. Since she is a good mechanic, she is in HIGH DEMAND and is BUSY. Schedule your appointments and don't be late! Respect her time and she will provide exceptional service. I own a 2000 Volvo V70R which is a pain to work on. I have been to other mechanics who claimed they fixed my vehicle's problems only to have my car die and require an expensive tow(s). After having to get my car towed twice (issues from the same mechanic which I won't name but will never return), I had them take the ol' moose wagon straight to Marcie at Crossroads. The tow company sort of laughed because that is where they take all Volvos and only had good things to say about Marcie. Fixing old Volvos is an art and it takes time. Go here if you actually want your car to be repaired properly. Go somewhere else if you are impatient and want to risk working with someone who is not familiar with Volvos and cause additional harm to your car.
A serious Volvo shop. Woman owned, and my daughter Angela swears by them. Great prices. When our Volvo is in Vermont, it goes here for service. Other makes and models also serviced, just saying … plenty of room for late night drop off. In our case, it was the Crossroads after midnight. No, no, we were not south of Memphis on US 64, and no we did not meet anyone, nor, as the story goes, did we sell our soul to the devil. So we are still a guitar hack who now also plays keyboards. But we got great car repair at a great price.
Marcie and the team have helped immensely with repairs on our Volvo. They are awesome and friendly and absolute professionals.
