From the rude salesperson making comments like “we’ll come for the car if this check isn’t any good” to the fact they sold us an Audi made in a year they knew involved a lawsuit with Audi as some of the cars need a new or rebuilt engine, yet they withheld this information is what made me give them a one star rating (if zero was an option I would have chosen that one). It wasn’t until two weeks later after I bought the car (check was fine) and my low oil light came on they decided it would be a good idea to tell me about that lawsuit and tested the car to reveal it did, indeed, need a new or rebuilt engine. They offered to do it for the same price as Audi (!!) but they’d only make us pay half. Long story short, we got financially hosed very badly and they took it back leaving us to pick from another gem on their lot. I was assured the one I picked had everything in working order, this was not the case as you may have guessed. From an alignment issues resulting in a chunk of rubber missing from a front tire, the automatic truck lift not working properly, cracked tire almost off the bat to reveal a large patch inside the tire (illegal), and more, it clearly wasn’t in the condition they claimed it to be in. I don’t have the desire to deal with these folks ever again. If you do business with them, ask LOTS of questions and do LOTS of research on the heap you are looking at.
