Scammers, be really careful. Unprofessional people without any sympathy. (after reading your response): I'm the client that had someone put diesel instead of gas in my car, and you guys didn't want to find us a solution and hang up the phone on me multiple times holding my car as hostage and forcing the insurance to pay cash because there was a problem with their first payment method. Learn to speak to people and winning money dishonestly won't make you rich.

Oct 24, 2023It’s very easy to get frustrated in your situation when you wreck a vehicle while under the influence and screwing off on back roads. No, we would not give you a deal on your vehicle that you did not have insurance on and have no money after getting wasted. We’d like to look at it as if our family, wife, kids, etc. we’re on that road that you were messing around what lesson would you learn getting your vehicle back for free as requested. So yes, you are correct. We have no sympathy with this situation!
Used AAA for a towing request. It was supposed to pick it up by 7pm that day, then it was supposed to be 1am, it's been more than 12 hours after the original eta. Worst towing company I've ever not dealt with

Jul 24, 2023Reagan sorry to hear this however it wasn’t us. We don’t do any AAA motor club work. I believe you left this review for another company or AAA themselves. Sorry this happened to you. I strongly suggest switching from AAA!
DO NOT HIRE!! These people are so rude. We got stuck in the snow and they are the only ones in the area. They hung up the phone on us purposely a few times despite begging for their help. They have terrible customer service so they take advantage also their prices are super expensive comparing to others. What a shame.

May 24, 2023We are sorry to hear this, however today was the 1st snow storm of the year and all our crews were at a Tractor Trailer Rollover on the interstate as we indicated the 4 times you called. Furthermore, you were not in our local area that we normally service. We never hung up on you but indicated they we would not be able to help you at all today! I believe you called numerous companies which all indicated the same to you. We hope everything worked out in the end for you and wish you a Happy Holiday season!
