Great service but they neglected to let me know my vehicle was ready, waited an extra hour until I saw it parked outside.

It is obvious that this place is very busy. And the coordination between the reception department and those working on the vehicles is smooth and goes without a hitch. This is the second time that I have used the service department and my experience continues to be More than satisfactory. Thank you for that!

Another pleasant experience at WRT service dept! Kimberly, my service agent is awesome! Also, I appreciate the quiet room that allows me to get work done.
