I have had an account with bond/ORiley's since 1996.. I am closing my account I spend thousands of dollars a year there and am consistently treated like trash . I despise the manager.. he is an unkind, unhelpful, unfriendly human.. they do not honor their warranties .. they do not help you when you go in there.. 6 guys on staff 3 on their phones in back. 1 person there helping and the manager hiding in his office ignoring the customers.. If you like to be ignored and treated like you're stupid this is the place for you

Fantastic Service, 100% warranted my dead battery. The Service Counter Guy. came out and tested it and installed the new one, all with a smile on his face !!
1 star because most people there are great but today I never felt so ignored. All because of a hat with a name on it.And the person basically refused my VA discount even asked and just walked away. I'm almost 70 and have never been disrespected like that DO better

I wasn't there , but ordered from them. .They had to order it in. The part was at the store in 4-5 hrs and 6× less than the dealership.
Great prices and 90% of the time will have the parts you need. If they don’t have it they’ll order it and it’ll come in a day or 2.
