User friendly: I knew what I had for an issue. The mechanic not only solved the problem but let me know what others areas could use some addressing by a use of video and writing. They also showed in the video where the people where I brought in it to get tires and an alignment started the alignment but never tried to loosen bolts to finish in the alignment. In fact the video not only was showing the bolts still had under coating oil and dirt debris proving a wrench was never applied to the nuts. They completed the alignment.
