Rick (the owner of Al's) is so great. I figure he sees most of his customers at their worst, shaken and stressed out, but he's reassuring and gets the job done efficiently, quickly, no surprises. My trauma was a smashed backseat roll-down window when someone broke into my car on a Sunday. Rick had it replaced and ready for me to pick up by Wednesday noon.
