Terrific work, and they made it easy to work with my insurance company and a rental car agency while my car was being repaired. I trust this shop completely.
The folks at Clarks did a sterling job on my car repair, that’s a given. the people there are just genuinely very very nice and responsive and it was a pleasure doing business with them even though it took damage to my car to get there…they made a tedious experience very pleasant. They are pros.
I’ve never had to deal with having a car fixed, and they were very nice and did a good job.
Excellent scheduling, friendly customer service and such a nice touch to get my car back vacuumed!! Highly recommend in all departments!
First time ever having to bring my vehicle to a shop to get fixed, and this was the worst experience ever! The customer service is horrible! They won’t answer the phone when you call, and when you leave a message they won’t call you back. Can’t find a part for your vehicle they’ll just stick it back outside for weeks and forget about it. Horrible about giving updates on progress. When you finally get your vehicle back 3 1/2 months later it’s dirtier on the inside then when it was brought to them. They’ll leave dirty shop rags in there, a battery for you to deal with, and tape still stuck to the outside from them taping it off to paint. Body work looks decent. Only positive thing I have to say. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
