I went to Wal-Mart to get my snow tires put on. They broke one of my sensors during installation. I went back the next day because one of my tires was flat and they explained that they couldn't fix it. I called here, never having been there and on a Sunday. They immediately fixed it and were nothing but professional, kind, courteous and competent. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Crashed my car the day before Thanksgiving. Within 30 mins Eric was there loading it up. Great dude, knew what he was doing for sure. However, I left a $300 JBL Bluetooth speaker in my vehicle and someone ended up snatching it. Eric was a good driver, but someone within their company is a lowlife scum bag and feels the need to steal from someone who's down on their luck. What a shame. If you need a tow fast, call them. But definitely don't leave valuables in your rig.

I recently hit a deer and was 300 miles from home. I was able to get the car to the destination but it needed a tow back to the area of my home. Working with insurance to set up a tow company was difficult as many things were dropped (tow was approved but no tow company designated for instance). I needed to vacate the place we were staying (it was a 5 day getaway), and until TDI was finally contacted by my insurance carrier (day 4) did I get resolution. Aaron called me to let me know he had the assignment, asked if we were okay and if we needed a lift back as well, and reassured me he would have someone there to me by the next morning to tow the vehicle. RJ the driver arrived and despite it being a most difficult approach to load the car on (one lane approach roadway with difficult turns along that way and he could not access the driveway because of its angularity) he was determined to get the car on the flatbed, bring it back out the lane (navigating the curvy road backward with a very long flatbed) and got the car to the collision shop before it closed that day (which they were demanding, given it was not drivable). Both Aaron and RJ were patient, polite and reassuring. Above all, they got it done. I highly recommend them for towing.

Horrible service. I called at 4h30 am and they showed up only at 9h30am. They charge a lot of money to do a tire replacement. It's not the first one that I called for a tire replacement and I always paid no more than 700$ USD. This company is a bunch of thief and don't deal with them, they will charge a lot of expenses for no reason.

I used TDI for the first time to have my RV serviced and they did a great job. Excellent customer service and high quality work. It won't be my last. I highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Absolutely amazing! Aaron and his team went well above and beyond expectations! We had an abandoned vehicle from a local builder that we had been trying to have removed for over a year. We ended up having to take legal action to remove and called Aaron to see what could be done and he said he would take care of it all….notifications, paperwork, billing….you name it! He and his team delivered exactly as promised to get the job done! They even ran into interference with the vehicle owner at the time of removal but were able to negotiate an acceptable agreement with them in a tough situation. Definitely recommend them for big towing situations as well as smaller residential tows and repairs! They definitely have our vote of confidence for all situations from here on out! The true definition of great service and local support! Thank you again for everything!

I went off the road into a ditch hitting a pole not bad. car was still driveable. I didn’t have the money so they let me give them a check to hold until my payday. I would call them again for a tow or any other service
