I went in for a minor scheduled maintenance and mentioned the car was shaking significantly at highway speeds. I added that I drove on some very muddy roads during mud season. I was told they would address my concerns and that it would take a little longer - which I was fine with. After an hour, the rep talked with me and recommended a tire balancing - which made sense based on the shaking. An hour later, I was told that they cleaned out the caked mud and road tested the car and it was fine. I was surprised when we talked about billing and found out there was no charge for the minor scheduled maintenance because of overlap with the work to address the shaking. This was a small but very welcomed bill reduction. This made me happier about going to a dealer who are overpriced compared to a great trusted mechanic - which I don't have. I've always splurged on dealer service and almost always feel that it is a good match for me.

When you make an appointment with White River Toyota service, you can expect to be greeted promptly and courteously by staff who are prepared for your car's unique needs. It's a seamless process because of the great teamwork they have. Updates can be texted to your phone and you'll know as soon as your vehicle is ready. They are always available to answer any questions. I have confidence in the work they do on both our cars, and the pricing is fair. We are a nation depending on our cars, and having issues with them can be stressful and often expensive. I am fortunate to have White River Toyota service my cars, providing a level of service that minimizes the difficulties associated with needing such work to be done.

Excellent service. Ricky, service advisor, is knowledgable and easy to work with. The repairs were done quickly and accurately by experienced Toyota technicians. My 20 year old Highlander feels like a new car.

As far as arriving, service is quick. Employees are polite and informational. The lobby was full for people who wait. We were allowed to sit in a booth that was located in the sales department ( comfortable ). I find the wait long. However I do not know the whole process of checking a recall. The air bag they were checking was good, thank goodness. I also went in for a 10k mile inspection. 2 1/2 hours. All I can say is they must be very thorough. All in all I'm pleased.

The two gentlemen that helped me were amazing! Nate from financing and Justin from sales, they did all they could to make me feel calm and comfortable as this was my first time purchasing and financing a new vehicle. They were very clear and confident in explaining all the duals of the whole process. I could not have asked for a better team! Thank you both so so very much!!!

Always great service always great price. Just serviced my 2016 4Runner and he remember me when I had my Camry (do to its green color!) but got in a crash and totaled it. But I’m in love with this 4Runner! Thank you Toyota team I’ve been a Toyota owner for over 25 years now! You’re doing great keep up the good work! 👍

Kim is our service advisor and she is fabulous! She is friendly and knowledgeable. We had winter tires put on my car but didn’t want the seasonal tires put in the back of our car. She took great care of us and made sure they were set aside so my husband could pick them up with his truck. Kim’s service was top notch!
