Been worried about my Outback’s bucking. My local garage said it was a transmission problem. At White River Subaru Andre scheduled a full inspection and the chief technician determined that the problem was a ‘coil’. Next day he fixed the problem completely and on time. I’m so impressed that WR Subaru will be my ‘go to’ destination for all repairs.

The service representative explained the work and had the service report ready. I selected a level 1 service. Well done and video was an interesting added feature. The service was the 60 month service for my 2019 Forester.. Scheduling was very convenient. I waited for the service and it was on time.

They are on time, complete, and pleasant to deal with! The waiting area is clean, comfortable and pleasant!! They greet you in your car and then text you as many times as you like about the progress of your service! My service manager Nick S., explained what was done completely! Great place👍👍👍👍 Great customer Service!!!
