Shawn is a nephew to my late husband, and after he died I brought my truck to some one for a squeak, inspection, and oil change and tire change over. He could not find the squeak, he did the oil change inspection but no tire change over. My squeak got worse and then I got a squeak in my back end so I called Shawn and he and David H solved my problem. And what a problem well 3 ball joints, two springs, four brakes, and a lug nut replacement later and ta day, all fixed and NO SQUEAKS. can stop on a dime and I sit higher in my truck. Thank you very very much. Dave H you are amazing. And Shawn thank you for seeing me thru all this. This was not cheap but you did save me 42,000 dollars can't get better than that. God bless. My experience started off fine. Dropping of the vehicle was seamless. Picking it up was fine. I was told my oil light was on, which I knew. The oil light sensor wasnt "turned off" at the last oil change, the vehicle isn't actually due. I was also told there were 2 tires that were bald on the inside and needed to be changed, soon. I left the shop and made a stop in Woodsville. When leaving, my vehicle wouldn't shift in to reverse. I called my daughter who came and tried to assist, and also couldn't get the vehicle to shift in to reverse. Then I called Oliverian. This vehicle never had an issue shifting and it seemed quite a coincidence the day the brakes were replaced the vehicle didn't recognize the brake was being pressed in order to shift gears. The Oliverian mechanics response was, " oh, that vehicle had a lot of issues". And totally disregarded I was stuck and needed to be towed. Like, what? If it had "a lot of issues" shouldn't that have been communicated to me when I picked up the vehicle? Oliverian flat out told me they wouldn't assist with a tow or look at the vehicle unless I paid for another appointment. I had to call AAA and wait hours for a tow. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend Oliverian Auto.

We were referred to the team at Oliverian Automotive when our vehicle sustained some sunroof-related issues that led to electrical failures and a litany of pretty flashing lights and codes. While some may visit a manufacturer-branded dealership for matters this serious, we're were assured by a trusted mechanic that Oliverian was the choice for complex electrical issues (newer vehicles, awesome-er problems). These guys came through. Everyone at Oliverian Automotive was courteous, informative and very helpful. They have a choice of payment options (including online), and you're able to review and accept or discuss services and repairs ahead of time, with the costs right up-front and transparent from the start. No hassle, nice people, and expertise that I'll drive an hour to the reaches of Pike, New Hampshire to use as our go-to. (Would have been SIX stars if they were located in Concord) 😁

Great small business, they send you the invoice before they do the work to prepare you for the cost. It’s always a fair price and they will go out of their way to recommend what maintenance you should be doing but aren’t pushy about it. Very knowledgeable and love supporting this business!

My four new tires were put on, balanced, oil changed and the car was checked for anything else it might need… all in one day! I did order tge tires two weeks beforehand. I love this place!!!

This five-stars rating is long overdue. I had my car serviced twice at Oliverian in 2022 and both time my experience was super-duper. I have been looking for a car maintenance shop that is honest and through for a while last year until someone quietly told me of this place. As a car person, who obsess with how to make the car drive better overtime year after year, it was a piece of mind finding the right people with passion and love who don't guess the numbers..but go by the book and science. Back in September 2022, my car created a mystery squeaky noise after I had the other shop did replaced high performance struts - shocks - springs and anti-roll bars..Shaun inspected the undercarriage throughly and found the subframe bolt was loose, he told me he tightened it with a correct nm and degree (by the book). The problem was gone! The other time in November, I had all 4 brake pads replaced with Dave..we were wonder why my brake pads worn too quickly at that time, Dave told me that the caliper parts/brackets: the part that the female and male came together wasn't align causing uneven pressure as a result premature wear (something like that). After the works were done, we went for a test drive and cha-ching problems solved! Thank you!! Knowing the mechanics that have years of experience in the field and working on my car with passion, honesty..these are the reasons why I want to come back to Oliverian. Honest, caring and hardworking team. Went in for an oil change and an alignment check. While my car was on the lift they found some repairs for the future. They were upfront and honest from the get go about it. After my car was all set, a team member offered to go for a test drive with me to make sure I felt comfortable with the way my car handled before leaving the shop. That meant a lot.
