This review is spam. We do not have any customers in our system with this name therefore they have never been to us.

I understand that they do their job with towing, I’m happy to pay the fee. However 70$ a day for a parking is crazy, especially when you have no other option because they are closed on weekends and you forcefully have to leave your car there with no option to pick it up. Some incidents happen but also taking advantage of college students is very sad. I hope you enjoy the 140 that you made just storing a car that wasn’t even mine while I’ll have to work extra shifts.

Our rates are set with the College and parking guidelines are send out to all students, whether you read them or not, I don't know. The vehicle was towed because it did not have a parking pass and was not allowed to stay on campus. This was your friend's vehicle, not yours so therefore you leaving a 1star review for because your friend did not abide by the rules is not a reflection of my business, but a feeling of entitlement. Also, the vehicle wasn't picked up until late afternoon on a Monday, so there wasn't a since of urgency to get the vehicle back.

Would not recommend having your car towed here after an accident. I would recommend having your car towed to Clark’s Collision down the road where we first thought our car was towed. My partner and I were in an accident in January and our car was towed to the Auto Clinic. When we arrived to collect our belongings from the car, the woman in the office was extremely rude. We moved to VT from NY in the fall and at the time of our accident our car was still registered in NY so we still had NY plates. Once we had confirmed our car was there, the woman proceeds to tell us that most accidents happen because of out state drivers who don’t know how to drive in winter conditions and tries to tell us how to better handle driving in winter conditions. First, we come from a part of NY that can see more snowfall than this area of VT and have had plenty of experience driving in horrible winter conditions. Second, we weren’t at fault, the driver in front us lost control of their vehicle and went perpendicular. Either way, regardless of who is at fault, what an extremely insensitive and close minded statement to say to someone who has just been in a scary situation. The staff at Clark’s collision was more friendly, more empathetic, and overall more of a joy to talk to. I would highly recommend them over this place.

Hi Alysa, sorry you feel this way. I was personally the one you spoke with and I remember when you and the owner of the vehicle walked in and first off I did make sure you both were ok and tried to help you through your situation. We even had a nice conversation about being new to Barre Town. I wouldn't have asked or had a nice conversation with you if I was rude. The owner of truck stopped in several times and we were nothing but nice to him. The vehicle was total loss and it was in the insurance company's hand. Sorry you feel this way, but we try to go above and beyond for our customers and also note, our drivers and my husband are putting themselves in danger every time they get in a tow truck to rescue people like yourselves. Thankfully everyone was ok and that others coming to your rescue didn't get hurt either. Instead, you give them a bad review.
