Update: Nate's has let me down. After spending thousands of dollars on our 3 vehicles over the last few years, a few things popped up that made us decide to ditch Nate's altogether. First, their inability to diagnose and repair a misfire in our 2012 VW Jetta not only cost us a lot of money but ultimately, we decided to cut our losses and ended up trading it in. Leaking exhaust after a replacement, over tightened lugs, and a missing engine spash tray make a partial list of problems discovered after service. The final nail for us was a HUGE service bill for a steering rack that was leaking which made it fail a state inspection. Ultimately, the steering rack was replaced, the front sub-frame was replaced and an engine mount was replaced! And to top it off, the steering components they used failed a year later! I have lost all confidence in their shop's ability to reliably repair our vehicles. I would advise people who get work done at Nates to check the work that was done, ask for old parts back, and even get a second opinion for repairs if you can. Or you could just go elsewhere like I did. Previous Review: This has become our go-to place for all of our car troubles. The customer service is great and they are willing to work with us when need to work within our budget. Their bills have a detailed breakdown of all of the work performed and they are great at contacting us for authorization before any unscheduled work is done. Most recently, one of our 3 cars needed to be towed to Nate's Automotive for a no-start situation. They were able to quickly find the problem and get it repaired. My wife authorized a 90k-mile checkup while it was there. Their feedback is very important to us to help us plan our budget and keep our vehicles on the road.

We had our two year old car detailed, I think it might look better than new. We also had a new car ceramic coated and it looks great. Price was fair & competitive, service was excellent including a courtesy ride. This is the place to go when you want the best work, customer service, and experience.
