Went in for a code read to see why my check engine light is on. The guy there told us to clear the codes (which we found out you’re never supposed to do) after we cleared the codes the car started to run badly. We went in and told the guy and he said he’d come out and look but never did. Had to get it towed away. Terrible experience. Just go to O’Reilly.

Once he finished with that customer you had left with your car so he was unable to help. We’re sorry that you had a bad experience. We do our best to be the best parts people that we can be but we do try to leave the diagnostics and repairs to the service professionals.

My go to auto parts! Great service. Always the correct part. I like the deals on tools they have. Prices are reasonable. Its a large store so walk around.
